Kara Laster is a Senior Attorney in the Business Law and Probate practices at Littleton Legal.
As a business attorney, Kara caters to the needs of entrepreneurs, closely held companies, and real estate investors. She focuses on a broad spectrum of business law matters, encompassing LLC, corporate, and non-profit formation and governance, mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiation and drafting, trademarks, commercial real estate transactions, and Corporate Transparence Act compliance. As a probate attorney, Kara helps families navigate the court system to administer the estate or will of a deceased loved one. Kara’s big heart enhances her professional savviness as she helps her clients preserve family relationships while accomplishing their legal goals during challenging life transitions.
Kara earned a Master of Business Administration and Juris Doctor with honors from the University of Oklahoma College of Law. She also received a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Oklahoma State University where she graduated Summa Cum Laude and was recognized as a Senior of Significance. Kara is admitted to the Oklahoma Bar and Western District of Oklahoma.
Kara was born and raised in Shawnee, Oklahoma. She enjoys traveling, snow skiing, spending time at the lake, watching the Kansas City Chiefs and OSU Cowboys, and all things pop culture.
