As a business attorney, Debbie caters to the needs of entrepreneurs, small enterprises, and commercial property owners. She focuses on a broad spectrum of corporate matters, encompassing corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiation and drafting, LLC formation, commercial real estate transactions, and corporate law.  From aiding clients in selecting the most fitting entity structure and preparing formation documents to providing counsel on regulatory compliance, Debbie’s support ensures that her clients’ businesses are primed for success.

In her role as an estate planning attorney, Debbie’s dedication is to empowering individuals and families to plan for incapacity and death in a manner that honors their wishes, facilitates family harmony, and minimizes unnecessary court interference, taxation, and administrative expenses. Debbie earned a J.D. and L.L.M in Energy and Natural Resources Law, with highest honors, at the University of Tulsa College of Law, and is licensed to practice law in Oklahoma, Texas, and Florida.  Debbie is admitted to the Eastern District Court of Oklahoma.

Debbie remains actively engaged in the community and professional organizations.  She is a Board Member of the Broken Arrow Seniors, Inc.  Debbie is a member of WealthCounsel, ElderCounsel, the Oklahoma Bar Association, the State Bar of Texas, the Florida Bar, and the Tulsa County Bar Association.

Outside of the law, Debbie’s family owns and operates Oklahoma Lighting Distributors Inc, a Tulsa-based business established in 1927.  When Debbie is not working, she is traveling and spending time with family.
