Children

The Sites are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. Littleton Legal does not collect or maintain information from anyone known to be under the age of 18, and no part of this website is designed to attract anyone under the age of 18. Littleton Legal does not sell products or services intended for purchase by children. If you are under 18, you may only use the Sites under the supervision of a parent or guardian. If Littleton Legal PLLC discovers it has received any such information from a child in violation of this policy, the information will be deleted.

Choice of Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma without regard to any conflict of laws principle. For any dispute regarding these Terms or the Sites, you agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the federal and state courts located in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Intellectual Property

Unless explicitly stated otherwise Littleton Legal owns all right, title, and interest in and to the Sites, including, without limitation, site content, organization, graphics, design, compilation and other matters related to or included on the Sites. “Littleton Lega PLLC” and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans are the trademarks of Littleton Legal and you must not use these marks without prior written permission. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans on the Sites are the trademarks of their respective owners and should not be used without those respective owners’ permission.

Linking to the Sites

Anyone linking to the Sites must comply with all applicable laws and should not: (i) misrepresent its relationship with Littleton Legal; (ii) present false or misleading information about Littleton Legal; or (iii) contain content that is reasonably considered profanity, defamatory, vulgar, offensive, or unlawful.

Site Content; No Attorney/Client Relationship

Littleton Legal exclusively owns and controls the Sites, which provides information about attorney services and may, from time to time, provide access to educational materials pertaining to a variety of legal issues generally affecting businesses. You agree that, use or access to any or all of the Sites does not, standing alone, create an attorney-client relationship with Littleton Legal.  Furthermore, you agree that content provided via the Sites is generalized knowledge about legal concepts and not specific legal advice. Third Party Rights

Collection of Personal Information

Unless expressly noted otherwise, Littleton Legal does not collect personally-identifiable information from users of the Sites.
