Serving Oklahoma families and businesses since 1982
After more than four decades of dedicated service to clients throughout Tulsa and the surrounding communities, attorney Kurt M. Kennedy has joined Littleton Legal PLLC as Of Counsel. As he transitions toward retirement, Kurt is entrusting his valued clients to our firm’s care while continuing his legacy of personal service and practical legal guidance in estate planning, probate, guardianship, and business law.
Kurt started his career in 1982 as an associate attorney at Clark and Williams, then as a partner at Nichols, Nichols and Kennedy. In 2000, he founded Kennedy Law and practiced there through 2025. He built a practice known for integrity, professionalism, and a deep commitment to helping others. His work has guided generations of Oklahomans in protecting their families, planning their estates, and managing their businesses with clarity and confidence.
A graduate of The University of Tulsa College of Law, Kurt is admitted to practice in the State of Oklahoma and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma. He maintains an active license and is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association’s Estate Planning, Probate, and Trust Section. Throughout his career, he has also served on the Tulsa County Bar Association’s Professional Responsibility and Fee Arbitration Committees, volunteered as a credentialed arbitrator for the Better Business Bureau’s National Consumer Arbitration Program, and provided pro bono assistance to veterans through the Oklahoma Lawyers for America’s Heroes Program.
Kurt lives in Broken Arrow with his wife, Devra, and looks forward to more time spent on the golf course and with his children, their spouses, and grandchildren. Though his day-to-day practice is limited, his decades of experience and trusted relationships continue to enrich the Littleton Legal team and the clients we proudly serve.
